Trade partners

Get on our call list.

Optima Pro Service LLC subcontracts work across twelve trades in nine states — Colorado, Washington, California, Maryland, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Missouri and Pennsylvania. If you are licensed where your trade requires it, carry your own insurance, and show up when you said you would, we want your number.

We review applications weekly and reply either way.

Why partner with us

What working with us actually looks like.

You do the trade work. We handle the client, the scheduling and the collections.

Repeatable volume, not one-offs

Turnovers, punch lists and service calls come in weekly — not one job and then a year of silence.

Scopes in writing

You will know what is in the job and what is not before you load the truck. Change orders come through us, in writing, before you do the extra work.

We handle the client

Scheduling, expectations, complaints and collections are our problem. You do the work and send an invoice.

Predictable payment

[PAYMENT TERMS] on approved invoices. We do not hold your money to float ours.

Work near you

Assignments go out by market and trade, not to whoever answers first.

No fee to join. Ever.

If anyone asks you to pay for access to work, it is not us. We do not sell leads and we do not charge for onboarding.

Onboarding

How it works.

1

Apply

The form below — about eight minutes.

2

Screening call

Fifteen minutes on trades, coverage area, capacity and rates.

3

Documents

You send the certificate of insurance, W-9 and license copies. We send our vendor agreement and photo and quality standards.

4

First work order

Usually something small, so we can both see how it goes.

Application

Apply to join the network.

One page, no account required. Fields marked (required) are the ones we cannot process without.

1 · Your business
2 · Trades & capacity

Select every trade you perform yourself. (at least one required)

3 · Coverage & availability

Availability

4 · Licensing & insurance

Are you licensed? (required)

If your trade does not require a licence anywhere you work, choose “not licensed” — it is not a mark against you.

Do not attach documents to this form, and do not enter tax or banking details. We deliberately do not collect EIN, Social Security, driver's license or bank information here — a web form is the wrong channel for it. Those are handled at onboarding through a secure channel once we have spoken.
5 · References & terms

Two references we can actually call. A general contractor or property manager you have worked for is more useful to us than a homeowner.

Vendor questions

What subs usually ask.

Is this employment or 1099 subcontract work?

Subcontract work. You run your own business, set your own rates, carry your own insurance and invoice us per job.

How and when do I get paid?

You invoice us on completion with your photos attached, and we pay on [PAYMENT TERMS] once the work order is signed off. We do not wait for the client to pay us before we pay you.

Do I need my own insurance?

Yes. General liability is required, and we need a certificate naming Optima Pro Service LLC as additional insured. Workers' compensation is required unless you are a genuine owner-operator with a signed exemption.

How is work assigned?

By market and trade, not first-come-first-served. Subs who deliver on small work get first call on the bigger projects.

Can I decline jobs?

Yes. Tell us early and it costs you nothing. Accepting a job and then not showing up is the one thing that gets a partner removed from the list.

Do you require exclusivity?

No. Keep your own clients. We are asking for room on your schedule, not all of it.

Is there any cost to join?

None. No application fee, no membership, no lead fees, no subscription. If anyone contacts you asking for payment to join our network, it is not us — please tell us about it.

Still deciding? Call 443 331 4240 and ask for the trade you do. We would rather answer questions than process an application from someone who is not sure.
